I’m looking for a writing partner interested in exploring a dark, slow-burn psychological roleplay centered around obsession, influence, temptation, and the gradual unraveling of a young woman who may not be quite as simple as she first appears.
This doesn’t just follow a girl being corrupted, but rather follows two people who become increasingly entangled with one another, and how much their relationship changes them. She could be the seemingly perfect girl everyone trusts, secretly fascinated by darker romance and obsessive relationships—or someone messier, more impulsive, and already struggling with parts of herself she doesn’t fully understand. The basic idea is about the son of a pretty high ranking mafioso who, for one reason or another, ends up meeting a cute suburban girl that has absolutely nothing to do with that world. At first they couldn't really be more different from each other but over time she slowly becomes the first person he has ever genuinely respected and actually cared about. It's more of a slow burn but I am quite certain the time developing it will be we well spend!

Honestly, I have no preferences in genres! I can list some ideas, but I am more than happy to go along with an idea you have in your head for a plot; in fact, I would even prefer it!
Ideas:
🏰Tragic heavy world-building focused dark fantasy where every year a wolf comes to devour the sun. Sacrifices are made to the gods to prevent it, and one of the characters is chosen. Her childhood friend (or lover) together with her investigate to try to put an end to the curse, only to find the world isn’t what they thought it was.
🌇Modern day rom-com! One of the characters is a goddess of love who has been banished to the human world for failing to keep people together as divorce rates go up. She doesn’t understand love and must fall in love to be accepted back.
🩸Vampires exist amongst us. One day, one of the characters walls in a dark alley and gets bitten by a vampire on the verge of death. Afterwards, the vampire turns out to be a dear friend of the character, but with the rules of infection the character cannot live without their master and must learn about life as a vampire.

about me: i've been rping a while and sit somewhere around lit. like, 200 to 400 words a reply? also, close third person. past tense is my default, but present tense slips in when i'm excited (sorry;;). oh, and i mirror length loosely!
the character:
- cîrche. 28, panromantic ace, she/they interchangeably.
- owns a flower shop, selling normal bouquets.... but also selling "messages" (bouquets with a message centered around flower-language). most customers just want roses and she finds this VERY tiring.
- she's dying of a hanahaki-like condition. ideally already known in-setting, so that everyone knows this: flowers bloom (supposedly) from sin. one lily has taken an eye. vines around the ribs.
- at six years of age, she woke up covered in her mothers' blood with no memory of the night and a very clear memory of an angel. she's been flowering ever since.
- cîrche is charming & warm, but with mood swings. when she's stressed she quotes scripture at herself, an amalgamation of verses from every faith she's ever learned of.
- she is not a murderer, however she has never once been able to prove that to herself.
what i want:
- slice of life with TEETH. someone who becomes a regular, possibly finding cîrche intimidating, yet they keep coming back.
- slow burn.
- if you want actual plot: the murders are unsolved and i don't have an answer yet, so we could actually build one together.
- setting: deliberately vague! modern fantasy, modern with JUST the hanahaki-like disease, low fantasy, ... -> your pick :D
- you: decent grammar, ocs over canons!

I only do mxf pairings. If we're doing platonic pairings, then anything is on the table, otherwise, only mxf
