Howdy, folks! Call me Knight, I’m over the age of twenty and if you’re reaching out, you should be too. He/Him, artist, queer.
I love gritty stories and complex characters that are mean more often than not. Moreover, I like niche fandoms.
Namely looking for World of Warcraft, Darkest Dungeon, Overwatch, or something inspired by those worlds.
I prefer writing queer male characters, often MxM, OCxCC / OCxOC. Open to doubling. I’m friendly & love chatting/headcanoning!
Previous penpals feel free to reach out! Multi para, high effort writer, so please send a writing sample
#quick_fandoms - Hello!52d ago
Hello!
I’m quite new to the server and I’m hoping to see if I can find a rp partner that jams with what I enjoy and my schedule!
I’m looking for a modern plot, anywhere in the world, that best suits our characters. I heavily heavily lean into angst driven plots, with some fluff and comedy and such to alleviate any tension. Though it doesn’t have to be angsty right off the bat. Darker themes are a bonus, but triggers and boundaries around these things will always be respected.
18+ writers and characters only, ideally 21+ but that’s less of a bother. MxM or MxO is highly preferred, but if you fit the rest of my advert I would potentially consider MxF/FxO (I only play M or O).
Light elements of supernatural or horror are welcome, but I am quite picky about these. I’m more than happy with crime BUT I do not enjoy any mafia related plots! I respect it but it doesn’t float my boat thanks!
What will replies look like from me?
I am generally someone who matches, and can be very fluid with how much I write depending on the scene (from semi-lit to novella). But no one liners and always third person past tense. I am also quite a busy person so don’t expect super quick replies if my irl life takes hold. My usual reply time is 2-4 weeks, though sometimes more or less depending on obligations. I’ll communicate any major delays!
I look forward to your DMs!

Hey yall, I'm DYING to roleplay and write for The Lost Boys, specifically the musical version but am not opposed to the 1987 movie as well. Looking for Michael x David specifically, willing to play either! Shoot me a DM if interested and we can talk more!

Hello! I'm Kai, 17, looking for a long term rp partner!
I'm down to write almost anything so long as it has a valid and sensical plot to maintain however i'm partial to high school roleplays, apocalypse, and horror. I primarily prefer OC x OC with prenotions about each character and a general gist on backstory, though some things can be omitted for future dramatic effect.
I prefer at least 16+ though I have no problems roleplaying with someone who is an adult. I'm generally a one paragraph kind of person but will mimick whatever my partner decides to do.

Hello! My Name is Lay and I am Twenty seven years old! I have been Roleplay for about twelve or so years now and have done a wide arrange of plots and genre. I’ve decided to make a post to see if I can get a few more partners to do some really cool plots with.
I’m pretty open to anyone and anything but here is a few of my rules.
- Must be 18+. I’m just more comfortable writing with adults.
- Can do at least one good paragraph per reply.
-Want to be friends and have a good attitude most of the time. Please don’t act let it’s a bother to even talk to me.
-Third Person Lit
-Please tell me your trigger before hand so I can respect them
-Reply at least once of week often and If you have to leave than warn me ahead of time.
-Please dont character bash. Of course we all have characters we don’t like but if you see one on my list and give me shit for playing them than I will block you.
I play with all different characters. Honestly as long as you give me enough to work with than I will do more darnest to make to work. I adore headcanons so if you got them for your characters than go ahead and throw them in. Now for the fandoms I am in. I’ll write the characters that I would like to main. That doesn’t mean I won’t play any side characters but if I can’t play these characters in the Roleplay than it’s probably a no-go

◇ Warlord/Criminal (me) x Peasant/Prince (you) ◇

Your irl gender doesn't matter, just looking for anyone interested in rping something dark, your OC plunged into an unforgiving world, attempting find strength when all hope seems lost. Only for their world to completely crumble all around them, nothing but a bleak, harrowing fate no matter how they attempt to look at it. (Doesn't have to be exactly as I described here, just an idea of what i'm looking for)
Setting/general idea for the rp:
As mentioned above, I've been wanting to write something similar in setting to The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit, a type of fantasy world we can sort of build up and create together. The main idea being my character someone well-known and feared by all. Soon setting his sights on the kingdom your character resides in, either a prince or whatever you'd like for him to be, my character wanting to bring nothing but death and destruction the world to one day rule over all. Your character a victim of his endeavors.Of course, all of this is subject to change and be added to as I'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas, so if you're interested message me

i’m k’ahvyon, i’m 27, looking for a new rp partner !
i have multiple OCs i’d love to write, so i’m not really looking for one specific plot or dynamic. i’m very into dark/horror stuff, psychological plots, etc., but i’m genuinely open to pretty much anything.
i like having an actual plot to work with and characters that have some depth, but i’m not super picky about genre or setting. i’m also totally down to come up with something together rather than forcing one of my existing ideas !

⛧*The world is in a state of decay.
It has been one year since the Zora Virus, a disease classified as a rapidly misfolding and self-replicating prion, had ravaged the world's population, turning friends and loved ones alike into nothing more than monsters with a craving for living flesh. As the current world’s technology had no means of finding a way to eradicate or cure other existing prion diseases, World governments quickly fell apart as they failed to contain the rapid spread of the prion, leaving the populace to fend for themselves.
The last words spoken to the world before all communications had gone dark, had advised them this:
“The world we once knew is gone. We are all we have left, and now… We are alone.”*

Assessment Report Early in the 51st century, Ouroboros Corporation grew to 200 floors, the tallest in the world. After a failure in the Ruke human experimentation program and the consequential breakout, Ouroboros covered up their involvement and Rukes were outlawed. Protogens, now unprotected by law, are re-introduced into the market as "Humanoid Products". Replikants remain illegal over human rights concerns, citing that Replikants equal slavery. Ouroboros has gotten around the law and has started privately producing Replikants through a loophole. Tokyo Ghoul :Reprise⌞AFTER THE DRAGON WAR,⌝
The brittle alliance between human and ghoulkind had not lasted long. Many of the people of Tokyo and Japan were also not ready to accept the merging of prey and predator. Countless ghouls were obstructed from shelter and assimilation either from outside sources or by their own means. They were also chronically ill as a result of the Dragon’s toxins left to die. No one trusted Kaneki Ken and his allies, seeing as them all solely responsible for Tokyo's destruction. The sole survivor of the Washuu clan, Matsuri Washuu, swiftly took advantage of the strenuous pressure upon the United Front and the Tokyo Security Committee’s growing opposition against them. Blindsiding an already fragile alliance, Matsuri orchestrated an attack against the United Front and its orphanages. This forced them to go into hiding, and once more ghouls and humanity are in bad blood with each other.
It is now present day Tokyo.╰┈➤
Kaneki's whereabouts are currently unknown, and the UF and TSC have been disbanded. In their absence, new factions have emerged and the fight to be at the top of the food chain is neverending. In an attempt to reinstate the CCG, Matsuri Washuu has recruited international investigators and artillery from around the world.

The Company is hiring. What is the company? The company is me and a friend's passion project.
On the mention of repo, as a fan and someone who's seen it, thats a bit on the gnarly and super dramatic side and I do wanna go for a more limbus style world. Both repo and limbus are still a mixed bag when it comes to like how the world is set up. All in all things are split up into two sections. The main idea is to fill out the corporation with people's characters and have that similar to say something like SCP but with the morals of Lobotomy corporation. Everything really leans towards Lcorp cause I guess thats what I was super into when I first got the idea. Obviously id like to avoid unnecessary violence or death and it would be super hard to actually get your hands on weapons unless you're part of a task force or security, or maybe even someone from the outskirts who's genuinely got that shit on. There aren't restrictions to it but you can't just be Joe schmoe with a firearm, not within the more luxury parts of the city. The base for the rukes is essentially years ago ouroboros which is a science driven company who started out making medicine, tried to recreate humans and fucked up big time which started a spread of a disease of sorts that genetically modified people. Years and years later we're here where its an occasional occurrence for the mutations to show up. Ouroboros currently is trying to wipe that out because it was a huge stain in their reputation. Though the like first ever idea was "let's make a comically evil corporation" And i guess it just kept going" -Espurr, basically the creative director``` we need staff to get the roleplay started and get more members for the server dm if interested all we need are ideas and heads :D#seeking_staff - The year is 2177. The year is 2177. Humanity has spread across the stars, but peace remains elusive. Three years after the end of the devastating Sino-American Conflict, a new threat emerges across the Outer Colonies. Separatists, terrorists, pirates, scavengers, and rogue mercenary companies have plunged the frontier into chaos as the opening shots of the Insurrection War echo throughout human space.
Assigned to the USS Valhalla, Raven Platoon serves as a rapid-response force within King Company, 3rd Battalion, 5th Colonial Marines. From mining colonies and agricultural settlements to corporate installations and remote frontier worlds, Marines are tasked with maintaining order in a sector where every distress call could be the beginning of a crisis.
Conduct combat patrols, hostage rescues, anti-piracy operations, counterinsurgency missions, search and rescue deployments, and high-risk frontier operations in an immersive military roleplay environment inspired by the Alien universe.

One day, years from now, they’re gonna ask how it all started. But there’s no right or wrong answer to that. Truth is—you’ll hear a different story every time.
Some’ll tell you it was the sickness. Others will say it was the day we stopped working together. Others will swear we were screwed all along. But… I figure the world doesn’t end all at once. Sometimes, it just starts forgetting the rules.
Some people still trust the signs on the interstates. They still listen when a man in a uniform tells you where to go and what to do. They figure there’s another town up the road with the lights still on, and there’ll be some brave person behind a desk trying to sort this whole mess out.
Maybe there is.
But nobody I know’s seen it.

There are no heroes, no chosen few, or any guarantee that you will survive. Only the choices you make… and the people desperate enough to make them.

The Vekathus Elect is an eldritch sci-fi server focused on offering players a world they can shape as they grow. Whether you are good or evil, a human, robot, or eldritch abomination, if you put in the effort, you will have an influence over the world around you.
At this time, the server offers four fully fleshed out power systems; cybernetics, robotics, itemization, and hex magic. As users roleplay and progress the world, the current systems will be added to further and new systems will be integrated. Planned systems at this time include, but are not limited to, mech and spaceship construction, a new tech system and a new magic system.
Multiple RPG mechanics exist to make events and combat run smoothly without godmodding or abusing obscure phrasing. Furthermore, there is a lot of information that is kept track of behind the scenes that are directly related to user efforts in roleplay. Economy, research of new technologies, crime level, warzones, and many more aspects are all monitored by the staff to make sure the world reacts to the players' efforts.
This server welcomes new and veteran roleplayers alike. Literacy is learned through guidance and practice and while a high base literacy is appreciated, user's aren't expected to produce multiple paragraphs every post. As long as players aren't one-lining and are making an active attempt to contribute to a roleplay, they are welcome.
As the server grows and activity picks up, more and more opportunities will arise and new content will be unlocked. Join us and let Vekathus guide you.
