The Vekathus Elect is an eldritch sci-fi server focused on offering players a world they can shape as they grow. Whether you are good or evil, a human, robot, or eldritch abomination, if you put in the effort, you will have an influence over the world around you.
At this time, the server offers four fully fleshed out power systems; cybernetics, robotics, itemization, and hex magic. As users roleplay and progress the world, the current systems will be added to further and new systems will be integrated. Planned systems at this time include, but are not limited to, mech and spaceship construction, a new tech system and a new magic system.
Multiple RPG mechanics exist to make events and combat run smoothly without godmodding or abusing obscure phrasing. Furthermore, there is a lot of information that is kept track of behind the scenes that are directly related to user efforts in roleplay. Economy, research of new technologies, crime level, warzones, and many more aspects are all monitored by the staff to make sure the world reacts to the players' efforts.
This server welcomes new and veteran roleplayers alike. Literacy is learned through guidance and practice and while a high base literacy is appreciated, user's aren't expected to produce multiple paragraphs every post. As long as players aren't one-lining and are making an active attempt to contribute to a roleplay, they are welcome.
