plot:
i want to do a modern/slice of life rp with a supernatural twist... character 1 is down on their luck and is looking for a roommate. they find a ridiculously cheap listing, and even though it's suspicious, they decide to apply anyway. the roommate has strange habits, like being completely nocturnal, and has rules about where character 1 is allowed to go. their apartment is also full of really really old furniture and decor, and they seem confused about a lot of normal modern things, but they are otherwise a good person.slowly (or right when they meet) they develop a crush on one another. however, character 1 realises (either over time, or suddenly) that character 2 is a vampire, that secretly gets blood from the blood bank! i want to explore a vampire x human dynamic, and how an ancient vampire would navigate modern life.
idm who plays the vampire, either you or me is ok. we can discuss what kind of vampire rules we will follow as well. i like making oc's together, to make sure it's a good ship. i'm flexible on looks and personality (as long as i feel it's someone i could realistically play)

My name is Magpie (17M) and I'm CRAVING some Jojo's Bizarre Adventure roleplay rn. I have only had a few years of roleplay experience (and took a pretty big hiatus) but I really wanna roleplay more for fun and to hone my writer skills :D I'm semi lit. to literate and a non native English speaker, though that mostly just comes in the way of different expression. (I use a lot of inversion, for example)
I have a bunch of OCs with Stands in various levels of "finalized", however if you don't have an OC that's totally fine and we can come up with new characters together ^^ When introducing yourself please say your name, age, timezone (mine is CET but idc about time differences) and something about yourself :D Even if you're totally new to the series feel free to DM if you're interested and I'd be more than happy to explain anything!
So anyway, what I had in mind for the plot is that our characters first meet as enemies and after a fight decide to journey together and help each other solve their problems. It can be just the 2 of them or we can RP a group of people. I'm fine with all pairings, romantical or platonic. However NO canon characters.

Hi, hi, everyone! I'm a 26 year old woman searching for a partner (18+) who shares my love of cat and mouse games and clever mind games to join me along in a story featuring a renowned detective and an exceptionally intelligent woman who stumbles across a supernatural murder weapon.
Both too stubborn to give up on their chase and constantly trying to lure the other into a trap. The killer going as far as to infiltrate the police and work on the case alongside her. A constant back and forth and all the romantic tension that comes along with it.
This is not a fandom roleplay but Death Note is an excellent example of what I'm looking for here and a big inspiration behind the idea.
It also serves as a great example of what I'd like the killer's power to be. Something that is beholden to many rules but is near untraceable if used carefully. Whether her motives be large or purely self-indulgent (Other great examples are Lelouch's geass or the Jigoku Tsushin from Hell Girl. I'd also be down to modify any of these three for our use if that interests you!) Maybe if she learns someone's deepest fear, they will have a nightmare and die the following night? Maybe she possesses the ability to pass her consciousness into the body of anyone she has ever touched? Or anything else we can think of!
I am more than happy to play either of these main characters. (Though, slightly partial to the detective!) So, if that interests you and you're the type of person willing to help build a complex web of rules and come up with plenty of clever tricks, please feel free to shoot me a message!
