The Lord of the Rings is J. R. R. Tolkien's epic fantasy, set in Middle-earth, the world of The Hobbit and The Silmarillion. Long ago the Dark Lord Sauron forged the One Ring to rule the other Rings of Power. Setting/general idea for the rp:
As mentioned above, I've been wanting to write something similar in setting to The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit, a type of fantasy world we can sort of build up and create together. The main idea being my character someone well-known and feared by all. Soon setting his sights on the kingdom your character resides in, either a prince or whatever you'd like for him to be, my character wanting to bring nothing but death and destruction the world to one day rule over all.
