i’m searching for a roleplay partner that would’ve interested in a more medieval leaning romance.

For some time i’ve been longing to play my oc who is a prince. Personally i have interest in your character als being a prince, however i would also be fine with another role.

As I do not have a proper plot i guess i will just let out some ideas!

\\\\-Both of the princes have hated each other for as long as they have known each other. However, at a masquerade ball they have gotten to know each other, without knowing they each are the prince the other one despises. In the garden, they even got romantically involved with each other. How will they react when one of the princes mask fell off?

\\\\-Muse A, a prince has been engaged to a foreign princess. They have met quite a few times when they were a child, but they hadn’t even really formed a friendship. Now they are young adults, and soon to be officially married. The princess and her brother (Muse B and his sister are visiting Muse A’s kingdom as a formality once again. Now meeting Muse B for the first time, Muse A slowly starts developing feelings for him.

Generally i’m just in the mood for a medieval/historical kind setting, it DOESNT have to be accurate. :)

My primary interest is on romance in a slice-of-life premise that focuses largely on the two main characters. Their chemistry and life happening around them. Their complicated and tangled emotions and life. Simple random encounters, arranged marriages, fate entwined, socially engineered, etc. Time periods and settings can vary greatly. Anything from modern, medieval, gilded era, dark ages, futuristic, alternate realities, etc. I'm extremely into the chemistry of two characters usually more than a wildly elegant setup.

I write male and female characters and am very comfortable with many personality archtypes on either side. Partner's real life gender doesn't matter to me, we can be friends all the same if you want. I have different OCs I can fit to roleplays, and I'm always happy to create a new one! I will generally never play a canon character myself unless the offer is extremely interesting to me. My characters are always fairly grounded in realism even if they fit a power role or are part of a fantasy world and I'd prefer the same in return.

slowly (or right when they meet) they develop a crush on one another. however, character 1 realises (either over time, or suddenly) that character 2 is a vampire, that secretly gets blood from the blood bank! i want to explore a vampire x human dynamic, and how an ancient vampire would navigate modern life.

In this story, our guys will be brought together by fate. Your character will carry an innate supernatural ability to glimpse into the future. But it isn't like reading a book. Its glimpses of scenes and no explanation. So imagine when the new guy in town, the one they have to admit despite being kind of annoying, is cute, and on first contact, they see him die. Note that I'm looking for something long-term, and so I'd like to do some sample writings together. Even if you truly intend to play long-term, you never know if our styles work together well unless we try, right? Think of it like writing a one-shot before we dig into the series, so to speak.

Anyhow, my main genre of choices revolve heavily around fantasy, especially those with sprawling worlds and complicated relationships. Even better if we create our own magic system, factions, and monsters together! I'd like to sort-of mishmash a bunch of things that we both enjoy together and are inspired by. Personally, I enjoy roleplays centered around darker themes, and for combat to be a major part of the works, especially with some level of progression.

I also don't enjoy having a single character, and I'd appreciate it if you also played more than one yourself. I'll be coming up with entirely new characters for any roleplay(s) we take part in, and I don't necessarily expect you to do the same, so long as they fit neatly in whatever worlds we make!

This is a lot of information, so I'd like to be upfront and say that I'm generally available at all times of the afternoon, evening and night. However, I make plans often but at near random times, so I'll let you know in advance if I'm ever unavailable!
