Hey! I'm Mari (pronounced Mah-ree, not Mary), 35, from Australia, and I'm looking for a few writing partners to create interesting stories with! 😊
I write female characters, and I'm looking for partners (preferably male), who enjoy writing males in MxF pairings.
What I'm into:
-Modern settings, supernatural, fantasy, romance and dark romance, even some mafia.
-Slow burns, complicated relationships, adventures, chemistry, tension and playful banter.
-Characters with actual personalities, flaws, secrets and backstories!
-Stories that develop naturally, with unexpected twists and plenty of room for creativity!
I enjoy everything from light-hearted, funny interactions to darker, more emotional storytelling. Give me characters who challenge each other, conversations and roleplay that feels real, and a plot that keeps us both interested! 🖤
Writing style
I generally write in third person, either past or present tense. I'm comfortable with most types of scenes and prefer shorter, faster exchanges or longer, descriptive replies depending on the scene and what works for both of us.
I'm pretty flexible with response time - real life exists for everyone! But I do enjoy rapid responses too.
What I'm looking for in a writing partner:
Someone creative, communicative, and happy to contribute ideas rather than leaving one person to carry the entire story. I enjoy building stories together!
I'm open to mature themes with the right partner, provided we're both comfortable with the direction of the story.
