I'm looking for a long-term writing partner interested in character-driven stories and complex relationships. The dynamics are usually what pull me in first. The plot matters, but the characters and the way they affect one another are always the heart of the story for me.
I enjoy stories that take their time developing. Slow-burn connections, emotional tension, complicated feelings, conflicting motivations, and relationships that evolve naturally over time. I like exploring the messy parts of human nature and watching characters become deeply entangled in one another's lives for better or worse.
Whether the setting is modern, fantasy (I struggle with high fantasy, so I tend to avoid it, but don't mind low fantasy), supernatural, historical, political, or something entirely different, I'm usually drawn to stories that leave room for strong character development, emotional investment, and plenty of opportunities for drama.
