Novus Orbis is an **18+ multi-era supernatural roleplay ** created for writers whose imaginations refuse to remain in one century! Write exclusively within your favourite time period or explore them all. Build entirely different characters across the eras, or reimagine familiar souls as their stories, relationships and rivalries are reborn throughout history.
Our current eras include:
THE AGE OF STEEL & STONE
Camelot, 1225. Knights, royal courts, ancient magic and legends still waiting to be written.
THE AGE OF BRINE & BONE
The High Seas, 1704. Pirates, naval powers, lost kingdoms and supernatural creatures beneath the waves.
THE AGE OF SMOKE & SKYLINES
The present day. Supernatural societies hidden within the modern world, where old monsters have learned new ways to survive.
And more eras will come as our imaginations will them so! Come join us on a 3 year old site, with very relaxed activity checks, open lore built by you and **no character creation limit. **
We're a small, collaborative and mature writing community with a variable posting frequency. If you think that sounds like you - come join the magic and mayhem at Novus Orbis!
