The age of you, your partners, and the characters you both write are paramount,
particularly when writing scenes involving sexual content (smut). When a minor is
involved in writing smut it becomes a legal issue, one that can lead to criminal
charges to those who are involved. These charges are more times than not felonies.
If you are a minor, or if you are aware that your partner is a minor, do not engage
in roleplay that involves sexual content. Take the time to ask your partner how old
they are, and use common sense and reason to vet them to ensure that you are not
being placed into a situation that could have criminal ramifications. If you are a
minor, do not falsify your age to appear as an adult, as this places your partners
in a horrible position, and you in a dangerous one.
Underage characters involved in smut are also an issue within the roleplay
community, and reflect very poorly on you, your partner, and the community as a
whole. They are strictly forbidden on RPC, which includes characters listed in ads,
characters involved in roleplay stemming from the server, and mentions of underage
characters in sexual situations. Imagery of underage characters in sexual situations
is similarly a criminal issue.
