The X-Men are Marvel's team of mutants, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby in 1963 and made into one of Marvel's biggest franchises. Mutants are people born with the X-gene, which gives them superhuman abilities, usually around puberty, and leaves them feared and persecuted. Professor Charles Xavier, a powerful telepath, runs a school for young mutants from his mansion in Westchester, New York, which doubles as the X-Men's headquarters. His old friend and rival Magneto, master of magnetism, believes mutants must protect themselves by force. Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Wolverine, Rogue and many more have filled its ranks across comics, animation and film.
Its themes of prejudice, belonging and found family are central to X-Men roleplay. Writers create original mutants and their powers, follow students at Xavier's school, join the Brotherhood, or explore the X-Men's many timelines and futures.

The year is 3000. Current Location; Washington D.C. For the past 150-ish years, superhuman beings, also known as Usurpers, have been arising on earth. Their numbers were once small, but quickly grew in the years past. People feared these superpowered blessings, some seeking their powers, others waiting to drive them away. One such person was the current tyrannical president. She outlawed these beings, sending them away, and now is seeking to exterminate them all.
The choice is up to you. Do you wish to help the rebellion group fight against the laws of the just tyrannical president of the US, or fight against the powers of the world keeping down the superhuman race? Or do you wish to fight them? Do you wish to fight the superhuman race? Keep them down for the sake of humanity? Do you wish to keep down the superhuman threat that believes they’re better than everyone else?
Nova: Earth 3000 is a sci-fi fantasy server with darker themes, touching on oppression and social divide, inspired by the plotlines of X-Men. In this server, the choices your characters make impact the story. It might be minimal, or it might completely change the course of the plot. You are just as important as everyone else here. Within seventy-two hours, Sentinel Services and the Mutant Response Division moved with ruthless efficiency to claim the vacuum, seizing former sanctuaries, locking down borders, and converting legacy safehouses into baited kill-boxes. The era of public heroes standing on school lawns and trading blows in the daylight is dead.
Deep beneath the radar, an automated "Dead-Hand" protocol—forged decades ago for the end of the world—quietly clicked to life, unsealing encrypted transit corridors, opening subterranean bunkers, and initializing a mobile underground network operating off-grid in international waters.

It’s been about six months since mutantkind had been revealed to the world. An incident in Seattle, resulting in the Space Needle’s destruction, was revealed to be caused by a mutant. Since then, mutants have been on the run. Humanity as a whole, has been hostile to what many scientific minds consider the harbinger of humanity’s end.
With the borders locking down, it’s becoming worse by the day for mutants trying to leave the country.
Mutants have found each other in small traveling groups, working together to try to stay alive. Those with less visible mutations venture out into mankind, grabbing resources that will help those in their group that cannot so easily hide their differences.
One such group of mutants is traveling the landscape of mountainous Montana, hoping to head towards the Canadian border to sneak out of the country, where there are better laws for mutants. As the group travels, with a couple of them being injured, they stumble upon a small cabin near a lake, with a scruffy, shorter man sleeping on the front porch…

Hello hello!
I’ve been in a big Wolverine kick, due to the recent release of Insomniac’s Wolverine! I know it hasn’t been received well, but from what I’ve played so far, I’ve enjoyed it, critics be damned.
For this idea, I’d love to have the chance to make a unique story based on similar characters, but with different backgrounds and ideas. Of course, the man at the cabin would be none other than James Howlett, Wolverine! The game has me inspired to either play as him, or play a character paired with him.
As for who the mutants are that find him, I’m open to ideas! The leader of that group of mutants could be Jean Gray, in her 30s or 40s. There could be a group led by Scott Summers, with a Ororo Monroe following him. I’m even open to OCs, if you have any you’d like to use!

Are you the best at what you do?
Sat in the corner of the rough bar, a figure, curled up, shivering in the cold, despite the multiple layers and lined hooded down and covering their face. The figure curled in on themselves, trying to conserve their body heat. The fuzzy hood of their parka down so their face can not be seen. Only a few strands of fire engine red hair can be seen. In their hands, a glass of amber colored liquid, whiskey, in a vain attempt to keep the cold at bay. They nurse it, only taking small sips from time to time. And when the glass is brought to their mouth, a hint of a face is shown. Soft, delicate features, light eyes and pink lips. A woman, in the middle of the biker bar.
Once her drink is done, she sets the empty, gloss rimmed glass on the table. Perhaps going to grab another, perhaps not. Finally, she shrugs off the parka, only to get leered at by a drunk or two. Perhaps it’s a good thing. Take the gaze off the poor waitress. A young, pretty girl, all alone in a place like this..well, some people view that as an opportunity.
However, nothing comes of the rude comments, she barley even reacts to them until one, lone word is spoken. Mutant....

Hello my lovelies!
Time for me to hunt those niche fandoms out again. But ever since I managed to binge watch season 2 I've just fallen back in love with X-Men.
I'm just looking for some longterm descriptive roleplayers that want to world build and don't mind some very creative oc's! I'm looking for someone to play Gambit for an idea I have planned! I'm happy to pick up additional characters and double up!
