I’m open to any pairings, I write 3rd person, and am generally opposed to NSFW (but this can be discussed more in-depth in DMs if it makes sense for the story). I do not write canon fandom characters! I write lit-novella length but I’m willing to mirror up to multiple word-limit messages or down to semi-lit dependant on the story. I will try for AT LEAST 3 replies per week, but if that’s not feasible for some reason I will communicate this to you! I’m in CDT
Thematically I go for mostly grungy and gritty settings that deal with human interaction and character depth over large, sweeping plots. I have a couple plots I want to write (detailed below) but I would also love to collaborate on world building, specific scenarios, or even mix together our separate ideas! I do not write fantasy!
Story Ideas:
A) Modern thriller, Character A believes their CO is a mole and feeding information to the enemy. While on a joint mission in a different country, they reach out to Character B’s unit for help. AxA with preference for MxM
B) Character study, Two soldiers in the same special forces unit are sent undercover to take down an enemy. Set mostly in suburbia rather than a normal battlefield, they only have each other for support through the mission. AxA, this one can be super tropey! Think fake dating but as a disguise for covert operations.
C) A fast-rising hockey player is forced to retire after a career ending injury, he ends up in a small town in Manitoba relearning who he is outside of the sport he dedicated his life to. Player B never went pro (up to you as to why!) but recognises themself in Player A’s struggles. This is a story of grief and love above all else! MxA
