[F4GM] Long-Term Slice-of-Life / Life Progression RP
Looking for a GM interested in a long-term, character-driven roleplay following a 20-year-old Serbian woman taking her first real steps into adulthood.
She's shy, socially inexperienced, and has lived a fairly comfortable but stagnant life. She grew up mostly in a Serbian village, with some time in city apartments. Her father left when she was young, while her mother's side of the family has always been complicated by arguments and falling-outs.
She dropped out of high school and has never had a proper job. Most of her experience comes from helping around the home. She has very few connections and only one genuinely close friend, who is essentially her entire social life.
Her biggest flaw is inertia. She constantly thinks about getting a job, learning something new, or changing her life, but struggles to actually take the first step. Since she's always had a comfortable place to fall back on, she's never had much reason to push herself.
That changes when her closest friend decides to go abroad for work and experience. Rather than being left behind, she makes the unusually bold decision to follow her.
She leaves Serbia with some savings, very little work experience, and no real plan beyond seeing what happens.
That's where I'd like the RP to begin.
I'm looking for a GM who enjoys slow-burn, realistic character development, where her future isn't predetermined. I'd like her career, friendships, confidence, ambitions and eventual goals to develop naturally through the RP and the circumstances we encounter.
I'm also still somewhat of an amateur when it comes to this kind of roleplay, so I'm looking for someone patient and collaborative who doesn't mind helping me learn as we go.
Looking for: A GM who enjoys realistic consequences, everyday life, character development, unexpected events, and building a story over the long term. 18+ a must.
