Welcome to the lives of New York City's elite. Families that have either built themselves up, or have been relying on the work their ancestors did for generations.
Since the dawn of cellphones and similar technologies, New York City’s elite have relied on one source or another to keep track of the latest news and rumors about those around them.
Most recently has been an anonymously ran blog called The Rumor Mill. Within the last year, it has become a place where those within NYC, whether they are part of the elite, or simply lucky enough to be on the outskirts, can submit any rumor or tidbit they come across.
Not everything is published by The Rumor Mill, as whoever runs it is well aware of what one risky rumor can do to a reputation, especially theirs.
What happens when these rumors begin to hit even closer to home, becoming a reality that slowly dismantles the lives of those within NYC.
And with that… what happens when the wrong person is crossed and they really start digging into who the rumor mill truly is.
